Very happy to read the "Saturday Dispatch" this week.

We needed a lift here and it gave us one.  Many thanks for all the hard work.

Hey Bob!  The D-Day film is really something!  Tough bunch of guys!  Our illustrious leader should have been there.  If he had, he would not be such a lilly!

I don't recall if I did already, but I have a film for you.
The last bomb.

Dear Kunnel,
Thanks for the tribute to Pop.  That picture of him with his old accordion really brings back a lot of memories.  We had a very enjoyable gathering at Doris and Eddy's summer home on Smith Lake for the holiday weekend.  We also celebrated the "baby sister" Jane's 58th birthday which was May 28.  Since Pop's passing we cherish the times we share and appreciate all the life lessons he and Mom passed on to us.
Thanks again and God bless,
Donnie

My grandfather was a WW1 vet. He died Dec 25 1964.
My dad is a WW11 vet and 91 years old. My mom died
3 months ago. She was his caretaker.
The first time I heard Taps was at my grandfathers
Funeral. I never forgot it. At that time we also had a 21 gun salute.
To this day it has a profound effect on me. I truly love and appreciate
All that our veterans have done. The sacrifice is unimaginable
To me. Thank you for this sight and all that have
Commented on it. God Bless Our Veterans.

Thanks for your site, I deployed into Itazuke in 1966 with some F-102 aircraft from Naha Okinawa and the musical notes were below the tower, good WWII history.

Wow!  Great series this week Bob!  Loved the Casting Crowns song, the body facts was enlightening, the Kingman graveyard (more on this), and the aircraft of the month RAF story were all outstanding!

I knew and have been to both the Tucson area graveyards, but had no idea about the one in Kingman!

Terrific job, keep up the good work!

Chris, over at StevesPages!
