Awesome stuff Bob seeing the clip of the original "flying wing", the forerunner to the incredible B2.

Great work, and thanks for that!

Hey Bob, loving your website and I'm jealous of all your energy!!! Well as I was perusing your guestbook noticed I posted twice before but must have used 2 email addresses!!! So Nora Wagner and Lynn Wagner are one and the same, but am sure you weren't losing any sleep over this!!! LOL. I still pop into AW now and then, and will definitely pop in to see your world when I do. Also added to my animal kingdom a kitten in August, so now I have my 'dwarf' bunny and my now bigger cat!! And the dwarf bunny still bigger than 'Cup Cake' my kitty. Hoping this finds you well, enjoying reading and getting inspiration from all your writings and stories. God Bless you Bob!!

I lived on Walker AFB 1953, 54, 55 with the B-36's on base.
I was 8,9,10 years old at the time.
I still remember the engine run-ups in the middle of the night rattling every window on the base , just like in the movie "SAC".

Very happy to read the "Saturday Dispatch" this week.

We needed a lift here and it gave us one.  Many thanks for all the hard work.

Great Saturday Dispatch Bob.  Need a dose of the site weekly to help keep me certain in very uncertain times.

Well done and thanks!

Hey Bob!  The D-Day film is really something!  Tough bunch of guys!  Our illustrious leader should have been there.  If he had, he would not be such a lilly!

I don't recall if I did already, but I have a film for you.
The last bomb.

Dear Kunnel,
Thanks for the tribute to Pop.  That picture of him with his old accordion really brings back a lot of memories.  We had a very enjoyable gathering at Doris and Eddy's summer home on Smith Lake for the holiday weekend.  We also celebrated the "baby sister" Jane's 58th birthday which was May 28.  Since Pop's passing we cherish the times we share and appreciate all the life lessons he and Mom passed on to us.
Thanks again and God bless,
Donnie

My grandfather was a WW1 vet. He died Dec 25 1964.
My dad is a WW11 vet and 91 years old. My mom died
3 months ago. She was his caretaker.
The first time I heard Taps was at my grandfathers
Funeral. I never forgot it. At that time we also had a 21 gun salute.
To this day it has a profound effect on me. I truly love and appreciate
All that our veterans have done. The sacrifice is unimaginable
To me. Thank you for this sight and all that have
Commented on it. God Bless Our Veterans.
